How to Use & Recommended Amount

Topical (Skin Application)

• Apply 3–6 drops to clean, dry skin
• Gently massage into face, neck, chest, or fragile areas
• Use once or twice daily, ideally after cleansing
• Suitable for daily use (patch test recommended)

Aromatic / Lifestyle Use (Not Ingested)

• Add 1–2 drops to warm water or a bowl of hot water
• Inhale gently as part of a calming self-care routine
• Can also be added to the outside of a spoon of honey or warm tea for aroma only – do not consume
